ALS- EST Lanao Team successfully conducted courtesy visit to the office of Marawi City Schools' Division Superintendent Anna Zenaida Unte- Alonto and ALS Focal Person Madaniah M. Manalao for the opening of new Community Learning Center within the City of Marawi last January 10, 2022. The meeting was spearheaded by Head Learning Facilitator for Lanao del Sur, Mr. Saiven M. Romuros, LPT together with Learning Facilitator for Marawi, Ms. Sittie Yusrah Lumbos, LPT. Week after, a Memorandum of Understanding was approved by the SDS after a thorough review that paved way for the opening of new ALS- EST Program to be situated in Transitory Shelter at Barangay Olowa Ambolong. #AJCMFI #AlternativeLearningSystem #LanaoDelSur

A coordination meeting with Barangay Chairman of Raya Timbab, Butig, Lanao del Sur was successfully conducted by ALS- EST Lanao del Sur Team. Approved by the Brgy. Chairman, Mr. Tocod Lao-on Paut was the opening of new Community Learning Center within the said Brgy. Our new batch of learners in one of our Community Learning Centers in Butig, Lanao del Sur have finally began their ALS EST journey. During their first meeting, our learners for secondary level have shared their perception of peace within their community while our learners for elementary level have learned to write their names.
